Product description

Cajun Spice is one of the most famous BBQ rubs from the southern states of North America. The mixture originally comes from the Cajun cuisine native to Louisiana, which was created by immigrants of French origin. It was used for all kinds of dishes and in its homeland, among other things, seasoned the well-known stew-like dish 'Jambalaya'. We recommend Cajun Spice as an all-rounder with meat, fish, seafood and vegetables. This mixture is particularly irresistible as a dry marinade for beef steaks and shrimp.

Origin

The spice factory has existed in Bad Endorf since 1957 and has preserved the centuries-old tradition of the spice miller's craft ever since. Their focus is on the almost extinct profession of spice traders, who were viewed as healers, merchants, pharmacists and apostles of pleasure due to their wealth of knowledge about flavor combinations and healing effects. With its vision, the Rosenheim spice mill is reviving that history.
