The lemon pepper is characterized above all by its lemony-grassy note, which comes from the green pepper, lemon myrtle and lemon peel it contains. The black Malabar tiger pepper, on the other hand, gives the mixture an intense, warm aroma and a high content of essential oils. The slightly minty citrus freshness is ideal for light, refreshing dishes. We recommend lemon pepper especially with fish, seafood, salads and vegetables.
