The meat of king crabs is white to pale pink. It is sweet and delicate in taste and has a firm yet tender texture. King crabs are an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12 and omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain iron, magnesium and zinc, which are important for a healthy diet.

Fun fact:
