Although the team is largely based in the state of beer, we have a great passion for everything the sea has to offer: we love working with fish, seafood and delicacies to create delicious dishes and creative solutions.
Dr. Fabian Riedel
Founder & CEO of HONEST CATCH, formerly Crusta Nova. Fabian is the strategic mind behind the “Bavarian Shrimp” and our seafood brand HONEST CATCH. From the very beginning, his vision was to breed shrimp of outstanding quality and thereby pave the way for the future of global fisheries. Always keen to offer the best quality seafood - for the benefit of our customers and our oceans.
💙 & 🍽️ Our hearts beat for seafood and good food. All of our foodies here in the office agree: It doesn't take a lot of chichi, but just really good products to make us happy.
💪 & 💡 We like to get stuck in and always question the status quo. Together we pool our strength and juggle ideas, content, timing, numbers & new products. We are constantly looking for fresh ideas and strive to push our boundaries and explore new horizons.
