yammi organic ice cream is produced in an artisan ice cream factory in Überlingen by Lake Constance. Only high-quality organic ingredients are used, preferably sourced from the region and with traceable origins. Influenced by the gourmet region of Lake Constance, the manufactory is inspired by the unique landscape and natural diversity. What is the difference between ice cream and sorbets?

The difference between cream ice cream and sorbet lies in the ingredients and the production process. Cream ice cream contains milk or cream and egg yolk, which ensures a particularly fine and creamy consistency. It has a full-bodied, mild taste and is often the basis for flavors such as vanilla, pistachio or chocolate.

Sorbet, on the other hand, is dairy-free and consists mainly of fruit, water and sugar - making it vegan by nature.
