The mango sorbet is produced with passion and craftsmanship in the yammi Bio-Eis factory in Überlingen by Lake Constance. Over 20 years ago, organic farmer Dirk Roddewig had the vision of producing high-quality ice cream in sustainable organic quality - and yammi Bio-Eis still follows this principle today. Inspired by the tradition of great ice cream masters, they rely exclusively on natural ingredients from the most transparent, regional sources possible. From the production process to packaging and delivery, environmental friendliness is the top priority.
