Character: Elegant Pinot Blanc, dry-aged with a subtle aroma reminiscent of green nuts, apple, citrus fruits or fresh pineapple. Part of this Pinot Blanc was aged in large wooden barrels, which gives it this so-called “melt”. Goes perfectly with seafood, fish, veal and pork. The drinking temperature is 8-10 °C.
