The Denver Cut is obtained from the lower neck of the animal, which, in contrast to the upper neck, is used less and therefore has a particularly large amount of intramuscular fat. The thinly sliced piece is ideal for quick frying, whether on the grill, in the pan or for teppanyaki.

Why do we also offer Wagyu meat as a seafood store? We stand for sustainable and high-quality delicacies and would like to pass on this culinary diversity. The two also go perfectly together: in our Surf & Turf Box you will find Denver Cut and Black Tiger prawns in a delicious combination. Ideal for your next Gorumet barbecue party!

Perfectly suited for:

Origin

From the picturesque riverside meadows of Lake Constance to the majestic Alpine pastures of South Tyrol extends the pursuit of excellent meat quality.  Marblelution places the highest value on quality standards and valuable genetics to ensure consistent meat quality. Regional rearing and feeding contribute to the unique, regional taste. But for Marblelution, regionality means more than just taste - it is a central pillar of the sustainability philosophy. Only through local partnerships can unnecessary animal transportation and excessive herd sizes be avoided, while at the same time safeguarding the existence of small regional farms and farmers.  Revolutionary animal husbandry, pioneering sustainability concepts and quality standards that exceed legal requirements are the cornerstones of Marblelution. The commitment to animal welfare means that the animals are kept in species-appropriate pastures - green meadows, plenty of space and fresh air are paramount. Marblelution consistently refrains from tethering, slatted floor housing, growth hormones, genetic engineering, antibiotics and tranquilizers.  Environmental and climate protection are just as important to Marblelution. Through innovative environmental and nature conservation strategies, Marblelution strives for CO2-neutral animal husbandry in order to minimize air and water pollution. Avoiding monocultures, soy cultivation and genetic engineering protects nature and promotes its beauty and biodiversity.  Country of origin: Germany  Manufacturer: Marblelution GmbH, Friedrichswerther Str. 4A, 99869 Nessetal OT Haina, Germany
