Bavarian shrimp skewers - 2 tablespoons crème fraîche

Preparation
The day before, place the soup and Bavarian shrimp skewers in the fridge to defrost.

Pour the contents of the crustacean cream soup into a pan. Heat gently while stirring. If necessary, add a little water or refine with cream. -
Lightly salt the prawn skewers as required and fry in a frying pan or grill pan for about 2 minutes on each side. -
Garnish with a dollop of crème fraîche and fresh basil.
Tip: For an exotic touch, use a little coconut milk instead of cream and crème fraîche.
