Product description

Canadian Lobster: A delicacy with culinary versatility

The Canadian lobster occurs in large and stable populations from the North American Atlantic coast to Canada and can reach a body length of 64 cm and a mass of up to 20 kilograms. A thorn below the forehead horn distinguishes the Canadian lobster from the European lobster.

In this variant, the meat is already released from the shell. So you can concentrate entirely on how you want to prepare the meat from claws and tail. Luckily, lobster meat can be used in many different ways.

Perfect for:

Steamer

Sous Vide
