Never been to a real fish auction before? Then experience the thrill of our exclusive North Sea sole auction now!
- Login or register – Participation is only possible with a HONEST CATCH customer account.
- Navigate back to the auction - For example, via “Offers” in our main menu.
- Place your bid - Take a look at the starting price and the current bid on the auction page and join in the bidding.
- The 10 highest bidders will win the auction – The higher your bid, the more likely you are to win.
- Outbid? You will receive an e-mail to give you another chance to secure the winning bid.
- Auction ends on 16.03.2025 - You will be informed by e-mail whether your bid was successful. If you have won, you will receive a link where you can pay for your sole and have it conveniently delivered on your preferred date.

Important to know: You will receive the sole fillets in practical 4 x 50g packs, delivered in a 5 kg box. Due to the packaging process, the individual portions may stick together slightly. They can be easily separated in just a few simple steps and release their full aroma in your kitchen.
