Fully ripe grapes from the old vines of the historic Sernauberg vineyard, southeast-facing basin location with extremely steep slopes. Fine quartz sands mixed with mica give the wine its elegance and clarity. Juicy and delicate, lots of spice in the glass with a wonderful palate presence, highly elegant and radiantly clear.
