Storage & Shelf Life :

A precious treasure deserves the best care. This is a frozen product and will be delivered to you frozen. Until you need the caviar, store it in your freezer compartment at -18°C. We guarantee a best before date of 3 months after delivery. You can find the exact best-before date on the product label.

To defrost the caviar, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. After thawing, you can store it in the refrigerator below 0 - 4°C. A well-sealed container in the cool back of the fridge is the perfect storage location. Keep this treasure away from intensely scented foods. After opening, fresh enjoyment is recommended within two to four days. Please do not refreeze the product after thawing.
