The spice factory has existed in Bad Endorf since 1957 and has maintained the centuries-old tradition of the spice miller's craft ever since. Their focus is on the almost extinct profession of spice traders, who were viewed as healers, merchants, pharmacists and apostles of pleasure due to their wealth of knowledge about flavor combinations and healing effects. With its vision, the Rosenheim spice mill is reviving that history.

Ingredients: 65.6 % tomatillo (green tomatillo, water, distilled vinegar, salt, spices, firming agent: calcium chloride); sugar, lemon juice, 4.18 % pickled gherkins (gherkins, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard seeds), 2.8 % jalapeño chili (green jalapeño, water, vinegar from acetic acid, salt, spices), gelling agent: pectin, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, distilled vinegar, stabilizers: guar gum, xanthan gum; 0.8 % lime juice; mustard, salt, garlic, ginger, pepper, spirulina algae.

Allergens: May contain traces of mustard, celery, grains and nuts.
