Chenin Blanc is a strong white wine (over 13% alcohol by volume) that is completely fermented, i.e. dried. It has a surprisingly high acidity for a South African white wine. However, this doesn't harm the white wine because it has a strong structure and many characters. The fruity aromas are soft and unobtrusive in taste. The Chenin Blanc is very complex in the bottle. After half an hour in the air, the Chenin Blanc De Cutter opens up and becomes more accessible. A special white wine from South Africa.
