What tax exemption limit can I use?

Give gifts to employees or colleagues: You can give your employees gifts in kind free of tax and social insurance within the monthly exemption limit of 44 € (gross incl. shipping costs). You should make sure that the monthly allowance has not already been used up for other benefits in kind during the course of the month in question. Do you want to give gifts to your business partners? Here the tax-free day is 35 € (net). On the one hand, it should be noted that the shipping costs are exclusive if the gift is sent directly by us to the recipient. On the other hand, the €35 is a gross amount, unless the person receiving the gift is entitled to deduct VAT. (e. g. small businesses, doctors). In addition, both groups of persons have the option of a flat-rate tax under § 37b EstG with a tax rate of 30 percent.
