yammi Bio-Eis gets its irresistibly creamy texture from a combination of traditional craftsmanship and high-quality organic ingredients. A key factor is the use of egg yolks, which acts as a natural emulsifier, creating a smooth and velvety consistency. Unlike many industrially produced ice creams, yammi avoids artificial stabilizers and relies on fresh organic milk, cream, and carefully balanced recipes. yammi organic ice cream is produced in an artisan ice cream factory in Überlingen by Lake Constance. In this idyllic region, the ice cream creations are made with great attention to detail and according to the principles of traditional ice cream making. Only high-quality organic ingredients are used, preferably sourced from the region and with traceable origins. Influenced by the gourmet region of Lake Constance, the manufactory is inspired by the unique landscape and natural diversity. This connection to nature is reflected in every cup - from the selection of the best ingredients to the harmonious, pure flavor compositions. What is the difference between ice cream and sorbets?

The difference between cream ice cream and sorbet lies in the ingredients and the production process. Cream ice cream contains milk or cream and egg yolk, which ensures a particularly fine and creamy consistency. It has a full-bodied, mild taste and is often the basis for flavors such as vanilla, pistachio or chocolate.

Sorbet, on the other hand, is dairy-free and consists mainly of fruit, water and sugar - making it vegan by nature. It has a high fruit content - often over 50% - and therefore tastes particularly fresh and intense.
