yammi organic ice cream comes from the ice cream factory in Überlingen on Lake Constance, which has been known for its high quality for over 20 years. Back then, organic farmer Dirk Roddewig set himself the goal of producing organic quality ice cream in a sustainable way. Since then, yammi organic ice cream has relied on natural ingredients and followed the tradition of experienced ice cream masters. Particular emphasis is placed on the origin of the raw materials, which are transparent and mostly sourced locally.
