HOW TO ENJOY GOOD GAMBA AT ITS BEST
1. GRILLED OR SAUTÉED – Intense flavor
Short and hot – that's how the aroma of GOOD GAMBA really comes into its own. Whether on the grill or in the pan: fry or grill them on high heat for a maximum of 30 seconds per side. A little sea salt or a pinch of smoked paprika powder is all you need. Ideal for tapas, pasta, or as a topping for risotto.
2. RAW – Delicate, pure, and full of flavor
GOOD GAMBA impresses with its sashimi quality, even when raw, thanks to its fine texture and mildly sweet taste – ideal for dishes where quality is key. Enjoy it thinly sliced as carpaccio with olive oil and lemon, as ceviche with lime, chili, and cilantro, or as a delicate tartare.
3. BLANCHED – Mild and elegant
A brief blast of heat is all it takes: place the shrimp in boiling salted water for a few seconds until they turn a delicate pink color. Serve immediately or use in salads, bowls, or sushi—especially if you want to preserve their natural texture.
4. GENTLY COOKED IN OIL – Delicate & aromatic
Confit takes GOOD GAMBA to the next level: simmer it in high-quality olive oil at medium temperature for approx. 30 seconds. This keeps the meat particularly juicy and allows it to absorb the delicate flavors of herbs or spices – perfect with toasted bread or Mediterranean starters.
