Delivery information for Christmas

The Christmas season is approaching and we want to make sure that you can enjoy the festive season with the best fish specialties! To ensure that everything arrives on time, here is some important information about our delivery times.

Deliveries in Germany & Austria

  • Last delivery date before Christmas: Tuesday, December 24, 2024
  • Order deadline: To guarantee delivery on December 24, your order must be received by December 23 at 1 p.m. at the latest

Our tip: It's best to order early! Demand is particularly high during the festive season, and to ensure that your favorite products are available, we recommend ordering early. In addition, delivery slots are limited shortly before Christmas and are closed if our capacity is full.

Another advantage: our frozen products are perfect for buying in advance and storing in your freezer until the big celebration. This means you are well prepared and can enjoy the holidays stress-free.

The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria & Switzerland
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

For weekdays Tuesday-Friday:

- For goods valued up to € 149.99, the packaging and shipping costs are € 9.90. - Delivery is free for orders over € 150.

For Saturdays:

- For goods valued up to € 249.99, the packaging and shipping costs are € 19.90. - Delivery is free for orders over € 250.

The following applies to public holidays:

- For goods valued up to € 349.99, the packaging and shipping costs are € 34.90. - Delivery is free for orders over € 350.

In the checkout, you can select your desired delivery date and whether you would like to receive your package personally or give permission for it to be left there.

I will accept the package personally

If you decide to receive your seafood in person , it is imperative that you are able to receive your order in person between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. on the day of delivery . If your package cannot be delivered, we will have to charge you for the cost of redelivery. In this case, we cannot guarantee compliance with the supply chain for frozen goods.

I grant a parcel drop-off authorization

If you give permission for your parcel to be left there, no attempt will be made to ring the doorbell when it is delivered, but the parcel will be left at the desired location between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. The following options are available:
- In the hallway
- At the neighbor's (no change of house number possible)
- On the doorstep
- In front of the garage
- Behind the garden gate/fence
- On the terrace
Please ensure that you can store your ordered products in a cool place as soon as possible after delivery. The recipient is responsible for maintaining the cold chain. The recipient is liable for the package if a delivery authorization is selected.

For orders to Switzerland, a minimum order value of CHF 100 applies.
We charge a flat shipping fee. Delivery on weekends or public holidays in Switzerland is not possible .
If a desired delivery date falls on a canton-specific holiday, we reserve the right to deliver the order at a later date or, after consultation, to charge higher shipping fees.
For orders to Switzerland, no drop-off authorization can be issued in the checkout.

For weekdays Tuesday-Friday:

Regardless of the value of the goods, the packaging and shipping costs are CHF 19.99.

For Saturdays:

By default, delivery on Saturdays is not possible.

Delivery times:
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 working day, for international deliveries to Austria within 1 working day after conclusion of the contract, for international deliveries to Switzerland within 1-2 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of the payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and Mondays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
