Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria & Switzerland
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of the goods) and the shipping day:
For weekdays Monday-Friday the following applies:
- For goods worth up to €149.99, the packaging and shipping costs are €9.90.
- Delivery is free for orders over €150.00.
For Saturdays applies:
- For goods worth up to €249.99, the packaging and shipping costs are €19.90.
- Delivery is free for orders over €250.00.
For holidays applies:
- For goods worth up to €349.99, the packaging and shipping costs are €34.90.
- Delivery is free for orders over €350.00.
Please note that your parcel will arrive on the desired date between 08:00 and 12:00. Please make sure that the parcel can be accepted in order to avoid incorrect deliveries.
Deliveries abroad : Austria
We calculate the shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross value of the goods) and the shipping day:
For weekdays Monday-Friday the following applies:
- For goods worth up to €149.99, the packaging and shipping costs are €9.90.
- Delivery is free for orders over €150.00.
For Saturdays applies:
- For goods worth up to €249.99, the packaging and shipping costs are €19.90.
- Delivery is free for orders over €250.00.
For holidays applies:
- For goods worth up to €349.99, the packaging and shipping costs are €44.90.
- Delivery is free for orders over €350.00.

Deliveries abroad : Switzerland
For orders to Switzerland, a minimum order value of CHF 100 applies.
We charge flat rate shipping costs. Weekend or public holiday delivery in Switzerland is not possible.
If a desired delivery date falls on a canton-specific holiday, we reserve the right to deliver the order at a later date or to charge higher shipping fees after consultation:

Regardless of the value of the goods, the packaging and shipping costs are CHF 19.99.
For Saturdays applies:
By default, delivery is not possible on Saturdays.
For holidays applies:
By default, delivery is not possible on public holidays.
If the desired delivery date falls on a canton-specific holiday, we reserve the right to deliver the order at a later date or to charge higher shipping fees after consultation.
Delivery times
Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 working day, for foreign deliveries to Austria within 1 working day after the conclusion of the contract, for foreign deliveries to Switzerland within 1-2 working days after the conclusion of the contract ( in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

When paying by credit card Your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
