Our mango sorbet brings the pure exotic flavor of sun-ripened organic mangoes directly into your ice cream cup. It is produced with great care and craftsmanship in the yammi Bio-Eis manufactory to perfectly capture the intense fruit flavor. Thanks to the high fruit content and natural ingredients, the result is a creamy, fruity sorbet - without any artificial additives. Each ingredient is carefully selected to perfectly bring out the unmistakable flavor of the mango.


Whether on its own, as a refreshing dessert or as a fruity addition to creative recipes - this sorbet tastes like summer and pure mango! For the best taste experience, we recommend leaving the ice cream at room temperature for 10 - 15 minutes before eating so that all the flavors can fully develop.

Origin

The mango sorbet is produced with passion and craftsmanship in the yammi Bio-Eis factory in Überlingen by Lake Constance. Over 20 years ago, organic farmer Dirk Roddewig had the vision of producing high-quality ice cream in sustainable organic quality - and yammi Bio-Eis still follows this principle today. Inspired by the tradition of great ice cream masters, they rely exclusively on natural ingredients from the most transparent, regional sources possible. From the production process to packaging and delivery, environmental friendliness is the top priority. The result is ice cream that not only tastes delicious, but can also be enjoyed with a clear conscience.
