We source our sorbet from yammi Bio-Eis, based in Überlingen near Lake Constance. The history of this ice cream factory goes back over 20 years, when organic farmer Dirk Roddewig began crafting premium organic ice cream in a sustainable way. Since then, yammi has upheld the time-honored traditions of legendary ice cream makers, using only natural ingredients with transparent, regional origins whenever possible. From production to delivery, great emphasis is placed on environmentally friendly, resource-saving processes. This results in delicious, high-quality ice cream that you can enjoy with a clear conscience.
