At the yammi Bio-Eis ice cream factory in Überlingen at Lake Constance, traditional craftsmanship meets the highest organic quality. It was founded over 20 years ago by organic farmer Dirk Roddewig, who laid the foundations for a sustainable and transparent ice cream culture. Since then, the manufactory has been working according to the tried and tested methods of legendary ice cream masters - using natural, preferably regional ingredients. Every step, from production to packaging and delivery, follows environmentally friendly and resource-saving principles. The result is an organic ice cream that impresses with its quality, taste and clear conscience.
