Origin

Ora King salmon , whose Latin name is Oncorhynchus tshawytscha , is sourced from sustainable, antibiotic-free and GMO-free aquaculture in New Zealand. From the crystal clear waters of Te Waikoropupū to the pure and isolated marine waters of the Marlborough Sounds, Ora King salmon are raised in harmony with nature. The Hamachi Yellowfin Kingfish is called Seriola lalandi in Latin. It comes from sustainable, antibiotic- and GMO-free aquaculture in Australia's Spencer Gulf. The sustainable ASC-certified aquaculture is located in this remote natural setting between the icy waters of the Antarctic and the vastness of the great Southern Ocean. Here, the broodstock is specially selected for its superior quality characteristics. A dedicated team of veterinarians and fish health technicians take care of the health and quality of the fish. Fish are only as good as the waters in which they swim. Tuna , Latin name Thunnus albacares , is caught with hooks and longlines in the Southeast Pacific (FAO 87).
