Product description

Umami from Germany meets organic Black Tiger king prawns from Vietnam.

The slightly sweet tasting and buttery tender Wagyu Denver Cut is cut from the lower neck of German Wagyu cattle. Marblelution's Wagyu cattle are kept under the highest quality and value standards. The company follows a holistic animal husbandry system. The daily work requires greater attention, responsibility and appreciation for nature and animals.

Together with the organic Black Tiger king prawn, the Wagyu Denver Cut becomes a surf'n'turf dish. The king prawns come from an aquaculture facility in southern Vietnam. Here too, attention is paid to species-appropriate, sustainable breeding. The points “social” and “environmental” are also taken into account. Fair payment for the local population and environmental protection through the absolute avoidance of chemical additives characterize the farm in an exemplary manner.

Surf & Turf has its origins in North American cuisine. in 1962, a chef from Seattle put the extravagant dish on the menu for the first time. He combined the two most expensive dishes - fillet of beef and lobster - to create a delicacy of extravagance. Initially mocked and dismissed as self-promotion, the combination of surf (sea) and turf (land) soon became a popular BBQ specialty.

Cooking both ingredients to perfection is a difficult task that can be solved with precise timing. Always keep a close eye on your food and start with the meat, as it should rest briefly after heating to allow the flavors to develop optimally. You can cook the prawns during this time, as they will be cooked more quickly anyway. Serve both on a plate and amaze your guests.

Perfectly suited for:

Origin

One of the world's most sustainable wild shrimp fishing initiatives has been developed off the coast of Patagonia. From the Andes to the Atlantic, Patagonia is rich in biodiversity. This also includes the Langostino Patagonico. This cold-water shrimp lives in the pristine waters off Patagonia, which are influenced by the ice-cold, nutrient-rich Antarctic polar current. The Latin term for the Argentine red shrimp is Pleoticus muelleri. The Argentine red shrimp was caught using trawls in the Southwest Atlantic (FAO 41). The pursuit of excellent meat quality extends from the picturesque river meadows of Lake Constance to the majestic alpine landscapes of South Tyrol.  Marblelution places the highest value on quality standards and valuable genetics to ensure consistent meat quality. Regional farming and feeding help to produce the unique, regional taste. But for Marblelution, regionality means more than just taste - it is a central pillar of the sustainability philosophy. Only through local partnerships can unnecessary animal transport and excessive herd sizes be avoided, while at the same time securing the existence of small regional businesses and farmers.  Revolutionary animal husbandry, groundbreaking sustainability concepts and quality standards that exceed legal requirements are the cornerstones of Marblelution. The commitment to animal welfare means that the animals are kept in the pasture in a species-appropriate manner - green meadows, plenty of space and fresh air are the top priority. Marblelution consistently avoids tethering, slatted floor housing, growth hormones, genetic engineering, antibiotics and sedatives.  Environmental and climate protection are also crucial for Marblelution. Through innovative environmental and nature conservation strategies, Marblelution strives for CO2-neutral animal husbandry in order to keep air and water pollution to a minimum. Avoiding monocultures, soy cultivation and genetic engineering protects nature and promotes its beauty and biodiversity.  Country of origin: Germany  Manufacturing company: Marblelution GmbH, Friedrichswerther Str. 4A, 99869 Nessetal OT Haina, Germany
