Preparation
Marinate the seafood: Lightly marinate the shrimp, scallops and the seafood mix with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs.
Prepare the remaining ingredients: pre-boil the potatoes, keep them warm and cut them into slices, cut the raclette cheese into thin slices (it's best to have it pre-cut at the cheese counter), prepare the blue cheese with some walnuts and pear slices, cut all the fruit and vegetables (e.g. corn, mushrooms, tomato slices, pepper strips, onion rings) into bite-sized pieces and prepare them in bowls.
Fill the pans with raclette cheese and various side dishes such as potatoes, vegetables or pineapple.
Prepare the prawns, octopus arms, scallops and the seafood mix on the grill or plancha plate. Pay attention to the respective cooking times (grill the prawns and scallops only briefly until they are cooked and lightly browned).Experiment with different combinations, for example potatoes with raclette cheese and onion rings in a pan, with prawns from the grill. Try it out!
