The unmistakable taste of the Arctic shrimp impresses in an exotic mixture with avocado and lettuce. A quick and sophisticated appetizer with light enjoyment and lots of vitamins.

Zutaten

  • 180 g Arctic shrimps
  • 50 g mayonnaise e.g. with wasabi
  • 100 g natural yogurt
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1-2 romaine lettuces
  • 1/2 lemon
  • a bit of salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder
  • some dill

Zubereitung

  1. Thaw the Arctic shrimps in a sieve.
  2. Halve the avocados lengthwise and remove the seeds. Peel, cut crosswise into strips, then dice and drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Mix the yogurt and mayonnaise and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Chop the dill and stir in.
  4. Wash the romaine lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Mix the thawed Arctic shrimps with the salad. Place the shrimp salad on a plate and add the sauce.

Whether in the office for lunch or at home in the evening. A delicious low-carb dish with healthy fats.
