Product description

The shrimp gets its name from the dark stripes that surround the black tiger's shell. It is huge thanks to its calibration of 2-4 pieces per 1 kilo. When cooked with heat, the flesh of tiger prawns turns white. The black stripes on the shell also turn a bright red.

If you prepare the shrimp with the shell on, it will impart flavor to the other ingredients.
