Light golden yellow with delicate gray-green reflections. Youthful in aroma, subtly spicy and fine, ripe apple and white peach notes, slightly reductive yeast notes on the palate, typical pome fruit and flowers as well as subtle roasted aromas, gentle on the palate, dry, full-bodied with delicate melting, very youthful but without any obvious fruit, that Finish has a fine saltiness and pleasant spice.
