Ingredients

Ingredients: Yarra Valley Salmon Caviar - First Harvest (30 g) + Blinis (135 g (16 pcs.)) + Gourmet Smoked Salmon (100 g or 400 g, depending on your choice) + Enfant de la Montagne (375 ml or 750 ml, depending on your choice)


Allergens: Fish, salmon caviar may contain borax (E284), champagne contains sulphites


Alcohol content of the champagne: 12 % vol.

Defrosting instructions:

  • The optimal thawing - for those who plan ahead: You can gently thaw this product in the refrigerator within 12 hours.
  • The quick version - for those in a hurry: If you're in a hurry, it's possible to thaw this product in a water bath within 1 hour. The water should be cold to lukewarm.

To thaw the caviar, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. After thawing, you can store it in the refrigerator at temperatures below 0-4°C.

Storage & Shelf Life:

Store the smoked salmon, salmon caviar, and blinis in the freezer at a minimum of -18°C. We guarantee a best-before date of 3 months after delivery. You can find the exact best-before date on the product label.


Once thawed, you can store the caviar in the refrigerator at temperatures below 0-4°C. A tightly sealed container in the cool back of the refrigerator is the perfect storage location. Keep this treasure away from strongly fragrant foods. Once opened, we recommend enjoying this exquisite delicacy within 4 days. Please do not refreeze the product after thawing.


Ideally, store the champagne in a cool, dark place at 10-12°C.

Enfant de la Montagne Champagne: Since its founding in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand, the Bertrand-Delespierre winery has stood for artisanal quality in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. Today, Clémence and Adrien, the sixth generation of winemakers, passionately manage the 10-hectare estate. The more than 50 plots are spread across the Premier Cru villages of Chamery, Ecueil, Villedommage, and Montbré. The siblings are gradually converting to organic farming: the vineyards are grass-covered, the vines are tended in a natural way, and the grapes are pressed using traditional methods and with exceptional care.
