The entrecôte, also known as rib eye, from AlmOxx comes from Bavarian Prime Alpine cattle from particularly animal-friendly and regional breeding. The cattle grow up in the idyllic Alpine foothills with plenty of exercise, grazing and food made from grass and alpine herbs.
Our entrecote is aged on the bone for at least 21 days, which gives it a juicy, hearty texture. The slightly nutty aroma of the dry-aging process makes each piece a true delight. A must for anyone who appreciates the highest level of enjoyment and quality!

Origin

Almoxx offers regional beef raised by small family businesses.
