Product description

Fillet tips from alpine cattle and pasture-fed oxen – enjoyment from Bavaria

Our fillet tips come from alpine cattle and pasture-fed oxen from the Bavarian Alps – hand-picked and hand-cut by butchers. Only perfectly matured cuts are used in the cut: tender, finely marbled, and full of natural flavors. The animals are raised slowly and in a species-appropriate manner, with plenty of exercise, grazing, and the finest feed. You can taste this in every bite – on its own, from the pan, or from the grill.

Origin

AlmOxx cattle come from small family farms in the Bavarian Alpine region and foothills – raised regionally, transparently, and with great responsibility. Heifers and oxen live in straw-bedded free-range pens with access to pasture, where they can move freely and graze naturally: fresh grass, aromatic alpine herbs, and, in winter, exclusively GMO-free feed. The result? Finely marbled meat with a tender texture and a truly outstanding flavor.
