Our frozen oysters allow you to enjoy the exquisite taste of the sea delicacy at any time without sacrificing freshness and quality. The freezing method preserves the delicate texture and pure flavor of the oysters, making them not only convenient but also delicious for a long time.
The N2 grade indicates the size of our oysters. Oysters are often numbered from small to large. In our case, N2 means that they are medium-sized oysters, ideal for eating both raw and cooked. Enjoy the best of both worlds with N2 grade oysters - a perfect balance of size, freshness and taste.

Place the frozen half oysters on a baking tray, add your preferred garnish and then let them cook in the oven at 180 °C - 210 °C for a few minutes. Recipes such as oysters Rockefeller or oysters gratinated with herbs and shallots offer suitable inspiration. Alternatively, you can also serve them raw.
