It all started with a market stall at the local farmers' market: this is where Jim Stott and Jonathan King sold their 'homemade specialties' for the first time under the name 'Stonewall Kitchen' - that was in 1991. The small market stall has now turned into a considerable business, which supplies numerous providers in the USA with their product range. The delicious sauces and jams, all made from selected ingredients, are awarded the sofi Award, the 'Oscar for food', by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) every year.
