The Ora King, with the Latin term Oncorhynchus tshawytscha , comes from sustainable, antibiotic- and GMO-free aquaculture in New Zealand. The Thunnus albacares , the Latin name for the tuna, is caught in the Western Central Pacific (FAO 71) and Eastern Central Pacific (FAO 77) with hooks and longlines and enclosing nets and lifting nets: purse seine. Our butter mackerel fillet, with the Latin term Lepidocybium flavobrunneum , is caught in the Western Central Pacific (FAO 71).
