Origin

AlmOxx products are characterized by their pleasant texture, great marbling and strong flavor. The cattle are fed with grass, alpine herbs and, in the winter months, non-GMO feed in the Bavarian Alps and Alpine foothills. They live on small family farms, where they live in straw-strewn free-range stables in addition to grazing.
