The Wagyu American Cut is particularly suitable for dishes where exceptional tenderness and rich flavour are the focus. For the perfect taste experience, remove the meat from the packaging after defrosting it about 20 minutes before preparation so that it can breathe at room temperature. Just before grilling or frying, sprinkle it with salt and fry it for 2-3 minutes on both sides on the grill or in a cast iron pan at medium heat. This way, you will have the perfect piece of meat in no time at all, which will make everyone at the table's mouth water.

Due to the quality and texture of our Wagyu American Cut, you can use it for many different dishes. This means that it is not only ideal for high-quality steaks, but also for slow cooking dishes, for example as a roast or braised dish. Origin

Our first-class Wagyu fillet comes from 100% full-blood Wagyu cattle and is sourced from a small, beautiful farm near Bremen. The cattle are kept in a species-appropriate manner on pastureland - green meadows, plenty of space and fresh air are the top priority. Tethered housing, slatted flooring, growth hormones, genetic engineering, antibiotics and sedatives are consistently avoided. Regionality is a top priority in the production of the high-quality meat and is characterized by short transport routes and local partnerships, for example with regional butchers.

Chuck & false fillet

These two pieces come from the shoulder of the animal and lie close together. Due to the heavily used muscles in this area, the pieces are very tasty. Due to the marbling of the Wagyu, they still have a buttery-soft texture.

Nut, picanha & topside

These cuts are obtained from the leg of Wagyu beef and are known for being very tender and lean. They are suitable for steaks, schnitzels, roasts or roulades.
