Origin
Our first-class Wagyu fillet comes from 100% full-blood Wagyu cattle and is sourced from a small farm near Bremen. The cattle here are kept on pasture in a species-appropriate manner - green meadows, plenty of space and fresh air are the top priorities. Tethering, slatted floors, growth hormones, genetic engineering, antibiotics and tranquilizers are consistently avoided. Regionality is a top priority in the production of high-quality meat and is characterized by short transport routes and local partnerships, for example with regional butchers.
Denver Cut & Teppanyaki
These are two high-quality cuts of meat obtained from the neck of Wagyu beef. Often cut quite thinly, these cuts are suitable for grilling as steaks, for short roasts or for slow cooking dishes.
Rib Strips
As the name suggests, this cut comes from the rib region of the animal. Although there are muscles in this area, they are not used as much as other areas of the cattle, which is why this piece of meat stands out for its particular tenderness.
