Our high-quality Wagyu meat comes from 100% full-blood Wagyu cattle, which are bred on a small farm near Bremen. The cattle are kept in species-appropriate conditions with green meadows, plenty of space to roam and optimal feed. The farm consistently avoids tethering, slatted floors, growth hormones, genetic engineering, antibiotics and tranquilizers. Regionality plays a central role in the production of this first-class meat, which is reflected in the close cooperation with local butchers and short transport routes.
