The citrus rosemary sauce is characterized by its fruity, fresh taste. A perfect symphony between the exotic aromas of pineapple and mango and the Mediterranean notes of lemon, orange and rosemary. The salsa is rounded off with garlic and mustard. We recommend the Citric Rosemary Sauce with fish, seafood, grilled fennel vegetables and poultry. It is suitable both as a marinade and as a finish. The spice factory has existed in Bad Endorf since 1957 and has preserved the centuries-old tradition of the spice miller's craft ever since.
