An excellent product, quick and easy to prepare. Very good.
Perfect
The price-performance ratio is simply perfect here :) Now you can even get 200g for the same price! Of course, wild-caught salmon would be much healthier nutritionally (less fatty), but I'm sure land-based aquaculture is the more environmentally friendly alternative. The salmon tastes so good, I keep ordering it ;)

The ingenious land-based concept deserves 5 stars. I'm giving it 4 stars because, while the product is very good and highly recommended (I enjoyed it as sashimi), it still falls a bit short of the quality of the Label Rouge salmon fillet from Loch Duart, which you also offer. Unfortunately, the latter isn't always available. Therefore, I'll happily continue to use the land-based fillet.
