The spice factory has existed in Bad Endorf since 1957 and has preserved the centuries-old tradition of the spice miller's craft ever since. Their focus is on the almost extinct profession of spice dealers, who were viewed as healers, purchasing experts, pharmacists and apostles of enjoyment due to their wealth of knowledge about flavor combinations and healing effects. With its vision, the Rosenheim spice mill is reviving that history.
