Excellent product, all roughly the same size, which made portioning very easy.
The best seafood on the market! I marinate them in a little olive oil, Espelette pepper, and coarsely ground anise, fennel, and cumin. Then a quick sear in a grill pan and they're done. Serve with your choice of saffron sauce, melted herb butter, or just a drizzle of the finest olive oil.
