1. When ordering, please provide your delivery address or that of the recipient.
Important: Make sure that you can personally accept or drop off the package on all four delivery dates (27.11., 4.12., 11.12. and 18.12.); a change of the delivery date is not possible.
2. Once your package has been packed, you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can track your order.

Defrosting instructions:
- The optimal thawing method - for those who plan ahead: You can gently thaw this product in the refrigerator within 12 hours.
- The quick version – for those in a hurry: If you're in a hurry, it's possible to thaw this product in a water bath within 1 hour. The water should be cold to lukewarm.

Storage & Shelf Life:
Store this product in the freezer at a minimum of -18°C. You can find more details about storing frozen seafood in our How To guide. We guarantee a best-before date of 3 months after delivery. The exact best-before date can be found on the product label.
Protection of minors: According to the provisions of the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG), this product is not permitted to be sold to persons under the age of 16.
