Japanese Yuzu Vinegar - the fine citrus note from Japan

Yuzu is a rare citrus fruit, originally from Japan, whose aroma is reminiscent of a mixture of lemon, mandarin and a hint of grapefruit. Origin

The Belberry saga began when André Vandererfven purchased a small late 19th-century delicacies store in the West Flemish town of Kortrijk, Belgium. He started canning fruit for the neighborhood market. In 1990, the son took over the company, increased in-house production and began exporting the delicious canned goods all over the world. Today, the best department stores, hotels and delis around the world carry Belberry's distinctive products. Nothing compares to the exquisite taste of food traditionally prepared with the best ingredients and a lot of love.
