This yuzu juice is made in Japan directly from Japanese yuzu fruits. The Japanese citrus fruit known as yuzu is not very juicy but has a strong and complex citrus aroma. The aroma is reminiscent of lime, but is enhanced by a slight bitter note.

Due to its intensity, only a few drops are needed to add a strong flavor to dishes and sauces. Yuzu fruits contain very little juice, so the juice obtained is very valuable. About 1 kg of yuzu fruits (8-10 pieces) are manually pressed to produce 100 ml of yuzu juice. The fruits were grown without the use of pesticides. Due to its complex flavor, Kitomura Yuzu juice is often used in star cuisine.
