Durum wheat semolina pasta with wheat germ and colored saffron powder. At 7 mm, a slightly wider version of the classic format. Let it simmer in boiling water for 14 minutes. The dough is rolled out finely and dried at low temperature for 36 hours. Gives off a very nice scent when cooking. Perfect for white wine sauce with mussels, shrimp or salmon.
