The original Japanese, alcoholic Mirin seasoning sauce with a pleasant sweetness and an incomparable umami taste. A versatile seasoning of classic Japanese cuisine made from different types of rice and shōchū. The Sumiya Bunjiro brewery has specialized in the production of Mirin for over 200 years and relies on tradition and the highest quality, both in the selection of raw materials and in its products: the Shōchū comes from its own production.
