A natural approach to breeding and roe extraction has been followed here for decades. Carefully hand-harvested caviar from Atlantic salmon, rainbow trout and brown trout is processed in first-class quality and without any additives. The farm is a proud holder of BAP certification and looks back on two decades of sustainable caviar farming. The health of the fish, sufficient space to move around, natural feeding and close cooperation with environmental authorities form the cornerstones of the sustainability philosophy.
