Our high-quality Wagyu fillet comes from 100% fullblood Wagyu cattle and is sourced from a small ranch near Bremen. The cattle here enjoy welfare-oriented conditions on extensive pastures - green meadows, plenty of space and fresh air are a given. The farm consistently avoids tethering, slatted floors, growth hormones, genetic engineering, antibiotics and tranquilizers. Regionality plays a central role in the production of this first-class meat, which is reflected in short transportation routes and close cooperation with local butchers.
